Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Krevaya (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.

1. The Service

Krevaya is an AI-assisted social publishing platform: it surfaces trending topics, drafts posts in your voice, schedules them, and — at your direction — publishes them to your connected social accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Threads, and LinkedIn) and reports their performance. AI generation is provided by Krevaya as part of the Service; you do not supply model API keys.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@krevaya.com.
  • You are responsible for keeping your social platform authorizations current; if an authorization lapses or is revoked, publishing pauses for the affected account until you reconnect it.
  • Accounts are personal to you or your organization and may not be shared, sold, or created on someone else's behalf without authorization.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans, prices, and included features are described on our Pricing page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly per the interval you chose — until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or update payment details at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan remains active until then.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; we do not prorate partial periods.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Accounts with failed payments may be downgraded to the Free plan after our payment processor exhausts its retries.

4. Your content and ownership

  • You own your content. Drafts generated for you and posts published through Krevaya are yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you.
  • You are responsible for what you publish. Review drafts before approving them; you remain responsible for everything published from your account, including posts auto-published under a schedule you enabled.
  • AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate or require editing. The Service is a drafting and publishing tool, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates the policies of the platform it is published to;
  • engage in spam, mass-targeting, engagement manipulation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or impersonation;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits or platform policies of the social networks we integrate with;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the Service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
  • resell or white-label the Service without our written consent.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms — including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, and our cloud and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of each social platform remains governed by its own terms. Outages, API changes, rate limits, or policy decisions by those platforms may affect the Service; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. Once content is published to a platform, our control over it ends.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Krevaya and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, notify legal@krevaya.com.

8. Term and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard; deletion is processed per the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or are delinquent, with notice except where notice would enable abuse.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ENGAGEMENT OR BUSINESS RESULT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREVAYA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) US $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krevaya and its operators, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the content you publish through the Service, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Krevaya operating entity is registered, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact legal@krevaya.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
